Looking to add signed translations to your videos?
FAQs
If you have an existing video that you would like to be made accessible in sign language, we require the original MP4 file and its corresponding SRT/VTT file.
If you have a document or text-based resource that you would like translated, we simply require a copy of the relevant text.We use real Deaf translators to deliver our video translation work. As our AI technology develops over the next 12-18 months, we will be using this to deliver more translation for our clients.
We have a typical turnaround time of 2-3 days. For high-volume projects or those with a more technical vocabulary, turnaround time will be discussed with you.
We currently support the translation of English text into British Sign Language (BSL) or American Sign Language (ASL). We plan to support additional languages and sign languages in the future.
