Job Requirements

We're looking for a self-sufficient and creative Marketing Executive who can deliver campaigns, create content, and take ownership of our SEO strategy. You’ll be one of two in the marketing team, so this role is for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in high-quality, detail-oriented work.

Personal Requirements

  • Increase in organic traffic and improved keyword rankings
  • Growth in MQLs and SQLs
  • Strong campaign performance (CTR, open rates, event signups)
  • High-quality, consistent content delivery

Example Responsibilities

Campaigns & Content

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across social, email, and paid media.
  • Create visually compelling marketing assets (social posts, flyers, whitepapers, etc.) independently.
  • Write clear, engaging copy for blogs, social, and email marketing.

Events & Webinars

  • Organise logistics and promotion for webinars and in-person events.
  • Set up landing pages and email workflows to drive attendance and follow-up engagement.

SEO & Website Performance

  • Own our SEO strategy: manage keyword research, on-page SEO, blog optimisation, and technical audits.
  • Regularly use tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and HubSpot SEO to monitor and improve performance.
  • Collaborate on content plans that drive organic traffic and support lead generation.
  • Report on rankings, traffic growth, and SEO-related KPIs.

General

  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and campaigns.
  • Be highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in refining strategy based on data and performance insights.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll need to be confident juggling multiple tasks and delivering high-quality work quickly. You’re hands-on, dependable, and have a strong understanding of both the creative and analytical sides of marketing.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS or tech preferred).
  • Demonstrable experience in SEO strategy and implementation.
  • Proficient with SEO tools: SEMrush, Google Search Console, and preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong writing skills with experience creating optimised blog and web content.
  • Comfortable using design tools, especially Premiere Pro, Figma Photoshop).
  • Eye for design and brand consistency.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Startup or small team experience.
  • HubSpot experience (marketing/email/CRM).
  • Understanding of or connection to the Deaf community or British Sign Language.

Hours

This is a full-time position of 5 days a week, with normal virtual office hours of 9am to 6pm, although flexibility is offered to suit reasonable personal circumstances. What matters most to
us is strong work ethic, teamwork and delivery of high quality output.
