  • How do I pay for my video translation?

    The price of your video will depend on the subscription plan you are on. For more information on subscription and pricing please go to www.signapse.ai/pricing-yearly.

  • Do I need subtitles?

    Providing subtitles will make the process easier, particularly if they are in standard “.srt” or “.vtt” formats. However, subtitles are not a requirement. If they are not provided, we shall apply automatic captioning techniques on the video at no extra cost. This process will cause a longer turnaround for your video.

  • How many videos can I submit?

    There is no limit to the amount of videos you can send to be translated.

  • How do I receive my translated video?

    You will receive an email when your video is ready. There will be a link in your email directing you back to the Signapse platform where your video will be ready on your account. You can download your video from the platform.
